AN iPOD CLASSROOM?

In my own opinion, using an iPOD for lecturing students is both a good and a bad idea. It is because students are listening to their iPOD's or their mp3's most of the time anyways. They listen to it almost everywhere they go, places like their school, mall, and even at home. But even though iPOD's are being used most of the time, students may not be able to concentrate and learn from it, if lessons are taught using an iPOD. Many people sometimes fall asleep, when listening to there music. In my opinion, if lessons were taught by using iPOD's students would fall asleep easier, and also they would get even more distracted, because the lesson is only heard, and there is no one there infront of you to make sure you are paying attention. Using an iPOD to learn would be more conveninet though. Students could listen to it over and over again, anytime they want. The lessons would be only taught whenever they press play, and also students would be able to learn to learn and do stuff more independently.

There are good and also bad things about using an iPOD for lectures, and so i am on both sides of it. But for me, i wouldn't really care how the lessons or the lectures are taught and told. Just as long as i do the right work, and also that i finish the work all in time.

There are different kinds of iPOD's and not many people could afford them, and if they can, they usually purchase the cheapest one. The iPOD video is the most expensive iPOD right now, compared to all the other iPOD's. If students purchase the iPOD video, they are able to watch the lessons and the lectures as well. Students using iPOD's could also destroy and ruin there ears, because a while ago, i heard that if people listen to there iPOD's for a very long time than they would become deaf in the future, or something would be wrong with their ears. Alot of people already listen to there iPOD's almost every single day for there music, if they had to also listen to it for lessons and lectures, than something would definetly be wrong with there ears for sure in the future.

Using an iPOD for lectures and lessons, is an is not a good idea. There are many things that goes along with both sides of the situation. For me, i think that it does not really matter. It just all depends on what is being taught and said in the lecture or lesson.
